Customer Support Page for KristiCuriali.Net
Are there minimum computer requirements to view your site?
YES!  You MUST be using a browser that supports HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript  Without that minimum requirement, you will NOT be able to enjoy my site!   The browsers capable of providing you with the best user experience are:
FireFox, version 4.0       Google Chrome, version 11.0       Opera, version 11.1
Safari, version 4.0       Internet Explorer, version 9.0

And I should tell you that Opera 11.1 and Internet Explorer 9 both have known problems in rendering certain HTML5/CSS3 tags, specifically the elements text-shadow and border-radius.   But my site has worked around those issues for those two browsers, so your experience will be as good as with the other browsers.

What does it mean if my browser says that it doesn't support canvas?
This will typically appear in Internet Explorer 9.  It happens because the native installation of IE9 sets the Compatibility View to "on".  You can change this by clicking on TOOLS in your Menu Bar.   Look down the list and you will see "Compatibility View" and "Compatibility View Settings".  Make sure that the "Compatibility View" is unchecked.   If it is checked, uncheck it.  This should correct the problem.

Why don't you support older browsers?
Honestly, it was getting too costly and time-consuming to maintain the differences between all of the different browsers.  While all of the browsers tell you that they are W3C Standards compliant - they are not.   But the latest version of these browsers have come very close to fully implementing the HTML5 and CSS3 standards.  The benefits of using HTML5 and CSS3 are that there is less code involved, less burden on the client computer and in some cases even faster rendering speeds.   There is little doubt in the industry that HTML5/CSS3 is the future.  Even phone apps can be constructed with these tools.  My mobile phone site is constructed with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.  But to do so meant to target only certain phones, i.e., the lastest smartphones such as the iPhone4 and the latest Android devices.   It may put a burden on some users, but by upgrading to one of these browsers, I can give my customers a rich and enjoyable experience for the long forseeable future.

What do I need to watch the movies immediately ("stream")?
If you would like to watch videos immediately, you need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser and have the latest version of the Adobe Flash™ Player on your computer.  Simply click on the “Flash” icon you find beside each individual video thumbnail, that represents the size, i.e., bandwidth that you prefer.   If you do not already have the Adobe Flash Player on your computer, click HERE to DOWNLOAD it.

When I join a site, is my information secure?  Is it confidential?
Absolutely!  We use industry standard encryption methods to handle your credit card processing  As a matter of fact, only the billing company will see your information - not even our support team or our models will ever see your billing details.  As a member you can be rest assured that your membership is treated 100% confidential.

Can you show me how my credit card info is secure?
I’d be happy to!  When you go to any one of the credit card input pages, you will notice how all URLs begin with "https://..." in your web browser's address bar at the top.  The "s" at the end of “http” stands for "secure", and means the any information your send or receive over “https” web pages are encrypted.   As well, there should also be a little icon resembling a lock in the right bottom corner of your browser, confirming that the page is indeed secure and ready to encrypt your data.
